Our story

Why “Three Potatoes”?

Our Chinese company name, 三颗土豆, means “three potatoes”. It is a deliberately ordinary name. Potatoes are humble, dependable and part of everyday life — and that is exactly how we think about pet products.

A bed, a stair or a cat cave does not need to be loud. It needs honest materials, a sensible structure and a price that works for the person selling it. That belief has guided every SKU we have developed since 2012.

Our 12,000 m² factory brings woodworking, foam cutting, upholstery, assembly, quality control and packing under one roof. That integration is why we can move from a sample to a repeatable production run without handing your order between workshops.

Production

From board to carton

Six controlled steps, all under one roof — so quality, lead time and packaging stay consistent from sample to repeat order.

    Material selection

    Fabrics, foam densities, MDF and FSC pine are specified and checked against the approved sample.

    Woodworking

    CNC cutting, drilling and edge finishing for knock-down frames, panels and stairs.

  3. 3

    Foam & upholstery

    Foam is cut to density and wrapped, then covers are sewn and fitted in-house.

  4. 4

    Assembly & finishing

    Hardware, hinges, zippers and logo labels are fitted and checked on every unit.

  5. 5

    Quality control

    In-line checks plus AQL 2.5 final inspection, with photo reports before packing.

  6. 6

    Flat-pack & dispatch

    Cartons are dimensioned for volumetric efficiency, labeled to your channel and dispatched from Yiwu.
